A Study On Incentive Mechanism For The Construction Of Teaching Materials At Local Comprehensive University

The construction of Teaching materials is one of the basic works of local comprehensive university, which has significant effects on the quality of talent cultivation. On basis of the researches on the incentive mechanism of teaching material construction and the practical works in Guangxi University, the Two-factor theory was used to investigate the incentive mechanism for the teaching material construction of local comprehensive university.The analysis of Two-factor theory shows that the basic framework of the incentive mechanism for the teaching material construction of local comprehensive university has been established. However, the structure of this incentive mechanism is mainly focused on the hygiene factors. Motivation factors did not get attention that deserves. In addition, the existing incentive mechanism also has other problems, such as imperfectly supporting systems.The establishment of the incentive mechanism for the teaching material construction for local comprehensive university should follow the people-oriented, scientific and systematic principles, and identify its direction and objectives. It is necessary to strengthen hygiene function of incentives and eliminate the discontent emotion in the work. Motivation function of the incentive mechanism must be strengthened to provide the internal power for the teaching material construction. The incentive mechanism can be.further enhanced through promoting hygiene factors converted to motivation factors. Timely allocation and regulation incentive factors are useful for the incentive mechanism to promote under the healthy and orderly conditions.The research provided here can be considered as the basis to improve the teaching material construction for local comprehensive university and administration departments.
