Current rapid economic development in our country, and the rapid developmentof economy demands a large number of talents to support, especially the support ofskilled personnel. But a great shortage of the high-skilled personnel in our country,has seriously restricted the upgrading of industrial structure in China. Traced back, wecan find that the lack of high-skilled talents is caused by our country’s highervocational and technical education lag behind, but also in higher vocational collegesin China lag behind.The sustainable development of higher vocational and technical colleges, mustwant to have a long-term perspective, especially for the development of strategicthinking, this is not only related to their own survival and development in highervocational colleges, higher vocational colleges to conveying what kind of person tothe country. So we should carefully study strategic development problems in highervocational colleges.Comprehensive looking at, as our country’s higher vocational educationmanagement system reform continued to deepen, further improving the socialistmarket economy system, increased autonomy of higher vocational colleges, weushered in the unprecedented opportunities for development in higher vocationalcolleges.
