As China’s opening to the outside strength increasing, backwardmanagement increasingly become the bottleneck of restricting China’s rapideconomic and stable development. In the face of this situation, Chineseenterprises urgently need a large number of high-level practical managementtalents who understands the market rules and has the strategic thinking, soas to help enterprises to form a competitive advantage. This powerful demandpromotes the rapid development of China’s MBA education. In1991,the firstbatch of9MBA pilot colleges and universities began.Now there are236MBApilot colleges and universities.During this period,school size and teachingquality had the very big enhancement, the educational form and species alsoshowed a trend of diversification, but the overall strength of theinstitutions and educational condition is uneven. With the increasing numberof MBA colleges, all the MBA education of colleges and universities began toface the fierce market competition. In this case, how to further improve thelevel of MBA education, which is the topic that needs engaged in the MBAeducation of colleges and universities think seriously. Under such background,this paper from the analysis of Inner Mongolia university of finance andeconomics MBA education project of the external environment and internalfactors, using SWOT analysis tools to explore the MBA education of InnerMongolia university of finance and economics competition strategy of theproject, it is concluded that the selection of two competitive strategy,differentiation strategy and centralization strategy. Then this paper putsforward corresponding countermeasures, such as have a foothold in the region,to serve the economic development of Inner Mongolia autonomousregion,cultivating distinctive MBA school culture, to strengthen the construction of the MBA education of teachers, make full use of existing MBAalumni network,increase capital investment and promote scale, strengthen theclose ties with other MBA and so on.
