Study On The Characteristics Of Serotonin, Testosterone, Total Cholesterol And Participating In Sports In Blood Of High Attacking People

Objective:(1)To investigate the level of aggression between people of different sex, occupation,age, personality, stress, relationship with their parents.(2) To investigate the tendentious characteristic of different Aggressive people participating in sports, have certain theory significance and application prospects either to research the relationship of aggression and sports or determine the direction of movement.(3)To investigate biological characteristics of high aggressive crowd, to provide the basis for the biological index to distinguish the aggressive behavior group,meanwhile to verify the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire in physiological and biochemical.Metheds:Using Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire Revised by Ni Linying, and additional effect of aggressive factors and tested questionnaire sport group selection. Issued1160questionnaires in Xi’an city of Shaanxi Province and the city of Linqing of Shandong province random,accronding to the Aggression Questionnaire scores of different subjects, will be divided into groups of high aggressive population group (77-105), medium aggressive population group (50-76), low aggressive population group (20-49). Statistical the questionnaire data and get one-way analysis of variance,so concludes the consequence that some related factors influence to the aggressive and Choose sports tendentious characteristic of different aggressive group.Choose16men in the high aggressive population group as high aggressive tendency group, choose12men in the low aggressive population group as low aggressive tendency group. Request the experimental group unified to the laboratory, please specialized medical personnel gather their blood3ml fasting orthostatic in the vein of elbow between8:30-9:30in the morningin quiet laboratory environment. Take the blood to37℃water bath for40minutes, use a toothpick to remove coagulated blood cells, centrifugal (15000r/min,15min) and isolated the serum from it into the centrifuge tube,take the serum in-70℃refrigerator to be measured. The experimental group were weighed by the weighing scales,were measured heart rate by the stopwatch,were measured blood pressure by the stethoscope and sphygmomanometer. Use Total Cholesterol Reagent Kit, ELISA Kit for Human TESTO and ELISA Kit for Human Serotonin test the TCH、5-HT and T of the serum respectively.Results:(1) There are more than10%of the tested population have high aggressive, more than80%of the tested population have above medium aggressive.(2)The aggression of the tested group are different with different occupation,pressure, character and the relationship with their father, but differences in gender, age and relationship with her mother have little influence to their aggression.(3) The"mostparticipation"sports events of the questionnaire tested group can be statistics the Fighting against sports, Play together sports,Net competition sports, Fitness dominant sports, Performance sports,the proportion of high aggressive group choosed above sports respectively2.9%,55.1%,30.9%,1.5%,9.6%, the proportion of medium aggressive group choosed above sports respectively1.0%、15.6%、47.7%、24.2%、11.4%, the proportion of low aggressive group choosed above sports respectively0、16.1%.26.1%、23.0%、34.8%,so we can see that three groups have a very big difference in"mostparticipation"sports choosing.(4)The"mostwant to try"sports events of the questionnaire tested group can be statistics the Fighting against sports, Stimulating adventure sports,Play together sports,Net competition sports, Fitness dominant sports, Performance sports,the proportion of high aggressive group choosed above sports respectively37.5%、38.2%、11.8%.2.9%、5.9%.3.7%,, the proportion of medium aggressive group choosed above sports respectively16.9%,3.8%,35.8%,10.7%,9%,23.8%, the proportion of low aggressive group choosed above sports respectively9.9%、3.7%、50.3%、13.0%、9.9%、13.0%,so we can see that three groups have a very big difference in"most want to try"sports choosing.(5) The5-HTand T of high aggressive tendency group serum are significantly higher than the low aggressiontendency group (P <0.01), The5-HTand T of high tendencyaggressive group serum are respectively1.31times and1.51times to the low aggressiontendencygroup.(6)The TCH of high aggressive tendency group serum are significantly lower than the low aggressiontendency group (P<0.05), The TCH of high tendencyaggressive group serum are1.16times to the low aggressiontendency group.(7)The heart rate and blood pressure of high aggressive tendency group lower than the low aggression tendency group, but not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) Most of the the tested group have above medium aggressive,the group who have different occupation, personality, stress and relationship with their father are have more obvious differences aggression, but the age, sex and relationship with their mother had little effect about the aggressive. Different aggressiongroup have differentpreference in sports participation,the high aggressive grouptend to choose a more confrontational and adventure sports to the low aggressive group(2) The5-HT and T of the high aggressive men serum are higher than those of normal men obviously,the TCH is significantly lower then that in normal men. The different aggressive group that are distinguished by the Buss-PerryAggression Questionnairerevised by Ni Linyingare significant differences in the biochemical indexes,5-HT, T and TCH can be used as an important index to judge the aggressive of people.
