With the development of educational activities, the classroom becomes the main land of teaching. It urges the interaction between teachers and students, beside, the education takes effects at here. But the teacher as the main part in the classroom teaching practice, not only drives the development of teaching activities, and that promotes the whole process of education. So, it’s necessary to research teachers. Because the teachers’ power is the key to build the effective classroom, it is also the focus of research. In addition to,executing teachers’ power effetively can be ensure that the teaching purposes come ture and to hold the teaching orders. Well,It can precipitates formating good relationship of teachers and students. Futher more, it also supports the student’ learning and development. At the same time, it is the essential condition of teachers’ roles implementation.My article from the view of classroom to observe the teacher’ activities and review the teachers’ power. In order to optimize the teaching relationship and the teaching actions,bulid a nice classroom atmosphere.The article can be divided into5parts:Part1,Introduction.The introduction of the reasons and significance to choose the topic of this thesis.Literature review,research methods. Part2, Interpreting the teachers’ power in the class.This part illustrates the meaning of teachers’ power and its characteristic and the source of power.As well, the discrimination between teachers’ power and related concepts (e.g, teachers rights and authority).Part3, the manifestation and exercise of the teachers’ power in classroom teaching.My article try to divide the teachers’ power into3kinds:teaching power, management power and evaluation power. Through the classroom observation and interview,1show the teacher’s power execution status and make brief review, so as to find the crisis problems of the teacher’power.Part4, the problems and insufficiencies of teachers’ power operation in classroom teaching. Reflection and discovering the issues that the power is abused and lack.Part5,the optimizing tactics of the effective operation of teachers’ power in classroom teaching.1try to give some suggestions, such as:Perfecting the relevant legal system and supervision mechanism, proposing the empowerment of teacher; Changing the education idea and optimiazing the teaching action; Improving teachers’ professional qualities to reshape the teachers’ authority; buliding the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and constructing a conversational environment.Teachers need to have the consciousness of "decentralization", should establish the personalized teaching view and regain the life view of education, share the power between teachers and students, to build the common dialogue mechanism of classroom. At the same time, we emphasize on delegating powers to lower levels, the teacher should grasp well the power balance "degree" in the teaching practice.
