The research of continuous education of primary school and high school teachers' become one of the most important research topics. The topic of this research is: primary school teachers' continuous education in remote area, which based on the case study of Guanting mountain area Minhe county Qinghai province. There are two reasons: first, comparing to high school teachers' continuous education, the primary school teachers' continuous education has its own particularities; Second, researchers are forgettable to primary school teacher. Investigation shows, there are the following problem in teachers' continuous education in remote and needy area: 1. Teachers have low satisfaction for their continuous education; 2. Comparatively, the conception and mode of continuous education is outdated and short of pertinence; 3. There is no coming system of finance to continuous education, so the shortage of outlay is very evident; 4. Modern long-distance education can't play its function.I make use of fieldwork research method in this research.This thesis has following parts:Preface: founding of the topic. Primary school teachers' continuous education in remote area always has evident characteristic of lag, while the government pays much attention to teachers' continuous education. Thus, based on my former research, I chose the topic: "primary school teachers' continuous education in remote and needy area-an educational anthropology research".The first part: designing and actualizing of the research. This part gives a preparation to the whole research.The second part: background research of teachers' continuous education: history and actuality. It shows the foundational facts of destination and main actuality of teachers.The third part: in-depth interview record of educational anthropology. Based on interviewing and group interviewing about primary school teachers' continuous education in Guanting town's mountain area Minhe autonomous county Qinghai province, I have neatened the interview material of teachers, principals, educational governors, in order to show cultural burtheners' standpoint to readers. Generally, they think mountain area teachers' continuous education are facing the following difficulties: first, the shortage of outlay; second, there are serious conflict betweenteachers' teaching and training.The forth part: scientific analysis and demonstration. In this part, I used two points of view to analyze and demonstrate teachers' continuous education.The fifth part: discussion of mode of teachers' continuous education. After analyzing key elements and guarantees of teachers' continuous education, the research formed new mode for teachers' continuous education in remote area: teachers' continuous education based on teaching.The last part of the thesis is the contribution and localization of the research.
