PEis one of the compulsory courses for college students, is to enhance the physicalfitness of students, students’ social adaptability and important way to goodpsychological quality training. Promote the reform of college physical education,improve sports teaching evaluation, is the trend of development of physical education.In the new wave of education reforms, called for the field of education, includingcurriculum structure, function, management, development and evaluation to make aprofound change. Is the vision of development requires teachers to look at students,the core is "pay attention to the overall evaluation process." Test data show that P values were less than0.05; explain the use ofthe process of evaluation of the experimental class in table tennis skills on teachingeffectiveness assessment of this indicator is far better than the traditional method forevaluating the control classes.3.Evaluation process so that students use sports motivational enhancement,improved exercise attitude, exercise scenario interest thickens. After the experimentalclasses and control classes of students psychological indicators analysis of surveyresults shows: After the experiment, the experimental class and the control classstudents ’psychological indicators have significant differences (P <0.05); before andafter the experiment, the control class students’ psychological indicators did notchange experimental class students do not only improve the workout attitude.4.Process evaluation makes use of students’ affective performance in theclassroom with the spirit of cooperation has been significantly improved. Aftercomparing the experimental results of two classes, the experimental class students’affective expression and the spirit of cooperation than the control classes. Before andafter the experimental class experiments also showed a significant difference.Concluded from the above results:1.The use of the whole process of teaching process evaluation effective control,and strengthen student learning. So that students improved overall fitness.2.In University Table Tennis Teaching in the process of evaluation, so thatteachers teach, students learn and evaluate student learning integration that enhanceindependent learning ability, motor skills, raise the level of magnitude increases. Inparticular, to improve the ability of poor students usually sport skill level.3.Process evaluation comprehensive, timely, objective, rational evaluation ofstudents, teachers in the teaching of changing teaching methods, urging students tocontinue to find new ways of learning, stimulate student motivation, and enhance thestudents’ interest in learning meet the psychological and emotional needs of students,so that students participate in physical exercise a more proactive attitude. Thislifelong physical culture consciousness of the students played a great role inpromoting.4.Process evaluation in favor of the use of students’ communication skills, ability to work, the right attitude in learning and emotional problems encountered problemanalysis, problem-solving abilities. Further improve the students’ social adaptability tomeet the needs of this community for talent.5.Process evaluation to make use of the experimental class students have a newunderstanding of teaching evaluation, the evaluation method by the experimental classof recognized and accepted. End of the experiment for two classes of studentsdistributed a questionnaire found that students in the experimental class processevaluation of satisfaction is high, the control class student satisfaction with traditionalevaluation methods are particularly low. Therefore, the teaching process in the future,to promote and encourage the use of drums evaluation process, to make the evaluationand improvement of traditional teaching methods.
