| Research purpose: With the continuous reform and development of education,the country’s attention to sports is self-evident,the school’s physical education class is the best place for students to learn sports knowledge and technology,the current table tennis teaching,training,competition more,but "learning,practice,competition,evaluation" integrated teaching mode in table tennis projects less application,the use of "learning,practice,competition,evaluation" integrated teaching mode and conventional teaching mode respectively teaching,analysis of the two teaching modes of the two groups of students before and after the experiment of table tennis learning interest changes,The degree of mastery of the basic skills of table tennis and the improvement of special physical fitness.It provides a better theoretical basis for the integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation".Research methods: This paper mainly conducts research through literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,according to the teaching plan,students are taught the basic techniques of table tennis,the control class adopts the conventional teaching mode,the experimental class adopts the integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition,and evaluation",and mainly studies the influence and effect of the integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation" on students’ special physical fitness,table tennis learning interest and table tennis technical level.Research results:(1)The results of one-minute skipping rope,cross-touching table and alternating foot jumping in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the measured results of the two groups were tested independently for T,and the P value of oneminute skipping rope was 0.029,the P value of the cross-touching table was 0.005,and the P value of alternating foot jumping was 0.The three indicators P<0.05 were significantly different.(2)The mean dimension of sports attention before and after the control group increased by 0.75,and the P value was 0.035.The mean dimension of extracurricular activities increased by 1.1,and the P value was 0.005.The mean dimension of skill learning improved by 0.1,and the P value was 0.020.The mean dimension of positivity increased by 1.5 with a P value of 0.039,and the mean dimension of negativity increased by 0.4 with a P value of0.062.The first four items had a < of 0.05,all of which had significant differences,and the negative P value was greater than 0.05.(3)The results of forehand attack,backhand attack,left push right attack,serving technique and action skill evaluation of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the P value of the five technical indicators was 0.The P<0.05 of the five technical indicators all have significant differences.Conclusions:(1)The integrated teaching mode of "learning,training,competition and evaluation" helps to improve the special physical fitness of students’ table tennis,and compared with the conventional teaching mode,the integrated teaching mode of "learning,training,competition and evaluation" has a more obvious role in promoting students’ special physical fitness of table tennis.(2)The integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation" has a positive effect on improving students’ interest in table tennis learning,and the integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation" has a significantly better effect on improving the interest in table tennis learning than the conventional teaching mode.(3)The integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation" helps to improve students’ table tennis skills.The teaching mode of "learning,training,competition,and evaluation" has significantly improved the stability of students’ basic table tennis techniques,strengthened the standardization of technical actions,and improved the quality of hitting and attacking.Compared with the conventional teaching mode,the teaching effect of the integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation" is more obvious. |
