In recent years, along with the national medium and long-term education reformand development plan outline (2010-2020), and various provinces and cities on theissuance of the "three years of preschool education action plan" start up, promote thedevelopment of the our country public kindergarten. Although irregular teachers thereis no formal identity, as a powerful supplement of public kindergarten teachers in ourcountry, made outstanding contributions to the development of early childhoodeducation. Preschool teachers’ professional development level is the important factoraffecting the development of early childhood education. Irregular teachers asprofessionals, preschool education work in professional ethics, professional ideals,professional knowledge, professional ability, etc, never mature to mature professionaldevelopment process is the inner demand of the development of the preschooleducation. This research take the combination of interview and survey researchmethods, with nearly110irregular teachers of kunming some public kindergarten asthe research object, is the public garden irregular teachers professional developmentpresent situation investigation, and according to the survey analysis of influencefactors, on this basis, the author from the aspects of society, kindergarten and selfdevelopment to promote the public garden side of teacher professional developmentcountermeasures are put forward.This paper is divided into four chapters. First chapter is the introduction part, tothe emergence of public garden irregular teachers and related literature review hascarried on the simple discussion, analysis and put forward the public garden side ofteacher professional development related concept and the purpose of this study andsignificance.The second chapter, respectively, from the basic situation of the public gardenirregular teachers, professional identity, professional development and to the publicpark director and writing teacher interviews for urban public garden irregular teachersprofessional development present situation investigation and analysis, found that thecurrent urban public garden irregular teachers general lack of social acceptance,fluidity big, low professional esteemed, professional development level is not high.The third chapter from the macro level of national social external environment,the medium level of kindergarten organization and management and micro levelirregular teachers themselves these three aspects affecting the public garden side factors of teachers’ professional development is analyzed. Social environment factorsinclude the influence of traditional professional concept, China’s current educationsystem is unreasonable and the management of teacher preparation is not scientific,the kindergarten factors include neglect of irregular teachers career planning, lack ofpositive psychology science guide, training system is imperfect, the last fromprofessional idea and consciousness, professional knowledge, professional abilityfrom several aspects to the irregular teachers themselves factors were analyzed.The fourth chapter from the objective social environment, kindergarten internalorganization management and irregular teachers self-development from severalaspects, to promote the professional development of the urban public garden irregularteachers put forward countermeasures.
