The paper takes the new teacher of the new kindergarten in the X district of Tianjin as the research object,and applies the literature method,the questionnaire method and the interview method to the new teachers' professional development needs and the conditions of the newly-built public-run kindergarten in the X-district of Tianjin.The paper studies the development needs of new teachers in the newly-built public-run kindergarten in the X-district of Tianjin and the difference of the conditions,and then studies and analyzes the overall demand and the condition of the new teachers' professional development in the newly-built public-run kindergarten in the X-district of Tianjin,and then compares them with different academic qualifications.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Tianjin X district to build new public kindergarten teachers' professional development overall demand is higher,meet low: new public kindergarten new teachers for professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability three aspects of development requirements are relatively high,the order from high to low: professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability.In the three aspects of professional concept and professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability,the satisfaction is relatively low.The overall satisfaction is in order from high to low: professional ability--professional knowledge--professional concept and professional ethics.2.Different degree kindergarten new teachers' professional development needs and satisfy different: highly educated new teachers' professional development in general,and the professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability of each dimension development demand is lower than low academic teachers,and meet new situation is highly educated teachers better than low degree,and different degree on demand and satisfy teachers appeared significant difference.3.Different teaching age kindergarten new teachers' professional development needs and satisfy different: first,long new teachers in professional development on the whole,as well as professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability demand below short of teaching teachers of each dimension and content is teaching experience new teachers better than school age short,long and different teaching age on demand and satisfy teachers appeared significant difference.4.Different post new kindergarten teachers' professional development needs and satisfy different: overall enrolled in teacher's professional development,as well asprofessional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,professional ability demand below the writing teachers of each dimension and content is writing teachers better than not at,and different positions on demand and satisfy teachers appeared significant difference.Finally,this paper puts forward some educational suggestions to promote the professional development of new teachers in new public parks,such as paying attention to the cultivation of professional ideas and teachers' morality,strengthening the education of professional knowledge,making development plans,promoting the development of professional ability,the professional development suggestions of new teachers in different categories,and so on,so as to promote the professional level of new teachers.
