In recent years,whether to cancel the Teachers' series is in heated discussion,while the policy has not yet been determined,but many cities have begun to hiring irregular teachers generously,and the number and scale expands unceasingly.The rural teachers has been a problem for a long time,although the gap of the contract and the development history a is very big between them and the city teachers,but a group of irregular teachers play a very important role during the compulsory education stage.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey,picks more than 100 irregular teachers from some Public schools in Qingyun County Shandong province as investigation objects,investigate and analysis the current situation of the Irregular teachers' professional development,and according to the investigation,comprehensively summarize and classify the influence factors,on this basis,the author go forward from the Irregular teachers themselves,schools,government and other aspects,put forward some corresponding countermeasures.During the process of teachers' professional development has many problems:such as lack of professional knowledge and professional skills,the professional emotion is so weak,the professional autonomy is so low and their professional values need to be perfect,Irregular teachers' level of the participation of teachers training is so low which needs to be improved,self education ability is poor.Irregular teachers in the specific reason is various,is restricted by their own subjective conditions,is the fact,irregular teachers by flooding,and the rural environment due to various reasons and so on.However,the Irregular teachers may not fade out of the historical stage in a short time,and even in some rural areas take the main responsibility of teaching.Under the background,in order to let them play their' proper role in rural Compulsory education phase,We should take measures from multiple main body to solve the problem of Irregular teachers' professional development.To properly solve the problems in the rural side teachers' professional development,on the one hand,raising the entry threshold of Irregular teachers,improve the overall level of irregular teachers,contain the side of teacher education,teachers' qualification,etc,to make clear the restrictions and regulation,to certain assessment for Irregular teachers;On the other hand,arousing the inner motive power of the Irregular teachers,actively promote the professional development of the Irregular teachers.
