College Counselors bear ideological and political education, the dailytransaction management, mental health education, career planning guidance, a lot ofwork, growth and success of college students and direct guide leads the way, is theuniversity an important guarantee for the stability and development. Organize, buildand college counselors team for the strengthening of ideological and politicaleducation, colleges and universities to promote reform, development and stability,has very important significance. In order to facilitate full play to ensure counselors,the use of incentives is critical. Currently, in many universities, counselors incentivemechanism is not perfect, they bear a lot of work, but do not get the attention itdeserves, mainly in: incentive objectives, modalities not perfect; lack of long-termincentive mechanism; evaluation mechanism defects; allocation unfair, etc. Theseissues will greatly dampen the enthusiasm of the work counselors, counselors so inorder to stimulate enthusiasm for the work, improve work enthusiasm, initiative, toensure fair and equitable counselor team in the effective operation of the incentivemechanism, this paper attempts to explore the East China Normal University as anexample of a reasonable way counselor incentives, strengthen counselors.In this paper, literature review, questionnaire, case study method, firstexpounded incentives related concepts and theories factions and connotation, lay thetheoretical foundation for the full study, followed by East China Normal University,East China Normal University presents the current counseling team in the basicsituation, to analyze the East China Normal University counselor incentivesproblems and causes, and then combined with incentives to address these issuesrelated to the theory of East China Normal University, incentives to optimize thedesign and, finally, after a perfect incentives in the East China Normal University,Evaluation of the effect after the implementation, some of which plan is adopted,some yet to be verified in practice, the text at the end of further emphasizes theimportance of incentives counselor, I hope this program can also be applied inpractice and presents for all colleges and universities to develop targeted schoolcharacteristics incentives.
