Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Implementing "Post Practice" In Secondary Vocational Schools

Secondary vocational education is both an important part in the whole vocationaleducation and the important basis of economical social development in China, whichtakes the task of training hundreds of millions of labors with high ability. Professionalpractice is an important indication of the school characters of secondary vocationaleducation and important teaching steps with the aim of “job-oriented and facingmarket”, which effectively strengthens the practical abilities of students and improvesthe quality of grown talent. As the necessary requirement for students to get jobssmoothly, it plays an important role in promoting the development of secondaryvocational education. But there are still many problems that fundamentally influencethe development of the vocational education in professional practice.The issue takes Chuxiong Vocational Senior School for example, in order to lookinto its current situation of professional practice and analyze the reasons of theseproblems, putting forward some suggestions for using professional practice at thesame time. Secondly, it defines some important conceptions of such assecondary vocational education and professional practice, and it states the basis oftheories of professional practice in secondary vocational education and thefunctions and the meanings of the field works. Thirdly, it takes Chuxiong VocationalSenior School for example to survey some students and interview the head of theschool by using question survey method and interview method. According toanalyzing the research, it concludes the current situation of professional practice andhackles and concludes the problems. Thirdly, it explores the successful experienceand inspiration of the professional education at home and aboard. At last, on the basisof the research above, it researches an effective mechanism for professional practiceof secondary vocational education students from the views of the school, student,company and government by uniting the recent situation of Chuxiong Vocational Senior School, in order to improve the development of the professional practice ofChuxiong Vocational Senior School.
