| Along with the intensification of social transformation of our country, citycommunity is facing a new round of the reform and development, more and more cityresidents transform from "unit person" to "community person", community is the mostgrass-roots social organization and unit which gradually exert in the management ofsocial value and significance, city community construction is the premise condition ofcity and social development, the development of city community education is the onlyway which must be passed to the city community construction. In order to realize thedevelopment of city community education, we must first clearly understand thefunction system of city community education.This essay based on the function of community education system, clarify thefunction of city community education connotation, analysis the play conditions of citycommunity education function, construct the city community education system fromthe two aspects which is the educational function and social function, summarize theeducational function as "three wholes" and "four characters”, divide the socialfunction into six aspects which is the economic, culture, democracy, sustainabledevelopment, constructing learning city and promote community harmony andstability. This research take Hutian community of Hongta district of Yuxi city as acase, analysis the development of community education from June2010to March2013, take the regional characteristic of Hutian community as the background, takethe city of community educational functions as the system, understanding theeducational activities development situation of Hutian community, analysis how thecommunity education function work from the two angles, find out that the educationalgoals of Hutian community is rigid, the object of education is not clear, the contentand form of education is simple, offer specific development way and strategyaccording to the actual situation from macroscopic and the microscopic two aspects. |
