Previous research on teachers’ burnout at home and abroad mostly concentrated on the course teachers, and the files of the research on the head teachers’ burnout are limited. On the basis of the existing research results of the head teachers’ burnout, this paper analyzes the causes of middle school teachers’ burnout and puts forward suggestions on how to slow down the head teachers’ burnout by ways of questionnaires and interviews to help reveal various factors affecting the head teachers’ burnout in theory, especially the relationship problems among professional pressure, mental health and the level of job burnout.The ways of actively carrying on democratic management, establishing evaluation mechanism, constructing good campus culture, promoting professional development of the head teachers, improving the artistic quality and their own quality of the head teachers, improving the level of mental health of middle school teachers are beneficial to the teaching and class management of the head teachers and helpful for the long-term development of the healthy growth of students and schools and make a certain material accumulation for constructing the empirical mode of easing the burnout of the head teachers. Studies have found that:1. Introduction. This part introduces the goal of the subject and the meaning of the research, which are combined with the researching situation at home and abroad to develop the methods.2. On the base of reviewing the previous research literature,this part combines the researching imagination of the paper, and concludes the theoretical basis of teacher job’s burnout, which become the in-depth theoretical suppot for this research.3. This is the main part of this paper, which mainly includes the questionnaire analysis of teacher’s burnout of a junior high school in Didao District, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. And the analysis could easily master the causes and influence factors of teacher’s burnout and provide important data sources for subsequent researches.4. This part refers to the causes and hazards of teacher’s burnout, which from the aspects of optimizing management evaluation system, improving the artistic quality of teachers’ task and teachers’ own quality.
