Secondary mental health education is both a new research and a task facing new problems to high school education. In order to adapt to new social concept of health, the new standards for the needs of professionals, mental health education should be included on the basis of headteachers in the traditional sense of the completion of routine administrative classes. Headteachers are a special kind team for the management, education, guidance, aid and love for students. The close relationship between with headteachers and their students gets the headteachers to possess their own special characteristics different from common teachers of other subjects in schools, for they are quite suitable and rich in the requirements of professional ethics with understanding of their students, and taking good care of and concerning for students. They are the schools chief executives of mental health. Mental health education is not only an important factor and base for both ideological and moral education and conditions for learning management and infrastructure, but also plays an important role on the comprehensive management of the promoting the class in many aspects. Comparing with teacher of psychology in particular, the headteachers have a series of advantages and the feasibility in the implementation of mental health education. However, there are some problems. In order to implement the mental health education effectively, the headteachers need to realization of the existence of psychological problems with students at present and its impact on the students individual development, social progress and the overall negative impact on the requirement of building the necessary knowledge to master the basic skills of the structure and diagnosis of psychological problems, meanwhile, it is necessary to improve their own mental health continuously. Therefore, headteachers adhere to following a number of principles and appropriate basic strategies.
