China’s new round of basic education curriculum reform has entered an advanced stage. The new curriculum emphasizes students’ active participation, cooperation and exchange with inquiry-based learning, designed to highlight the dominant position of students. In high school biology "class standard" guidance, teaching and research activities in the way constantly updated sound, "with the heterogeneous class" came into this mode of teaching and research, because it can effectively promote teachers learn from each other, joint research, joint development.Through literature research, case studies, comparative studies and other methods, the use of biological "curriculum standards" and biological evaluation theory high school curriculum and teaching on the "high school biology 2" in the "gene directs the synthesis of proteins," teaching a lesson a comparative study activities, compared include:(1) From a comparative analysis on the overall design of the overall aspects of three-dimensional object, heavy and difficult, teaching strategies and methods.(2) Comparative analysis of student and teacher activities. Three teachers in the classroom, students actively participate to varying degrees, resulting in differences in the classroom atmosphere.(4) in the classroom, student teaching activities are launched under the guidance of teachers, the three teachers the ability to manage the classroom uneven.Writer for the "same class of heterogeneous" A comparative study of teaching activities the problems, the following recommendations: develop inquiry skills and self-awareness of autonomous learning; carefully set problems, and enhance students ’self-confidence, stimulate students’ interest in learning, active classroom atmosphere, focus on linking theory with practice.Finally, I hope that "with the heterogeneous class" teaching activities in this research can play a valuable role, hoping to provide a reference for the majority of high school biology teachers, the school’s teaching and research as a way to provide more learning.
