The Influence Of Micro Culture On College Students' Ideological And Political Education And The Countermeasures

College students are valuable resource for the country, future builder of national development and rejuvenation. To achieve the strategy of prospering china with science and education, it is important to improve ideological and political education, enhance ideological and political quality of college students. Ideological and political education must have priority in college which is frontier of college student education. Recently years, due to development of network technology, intercommunication pattern has been changed significantly. It joints every region, industries and department into one union, forming a unique culture, micro-culture. This new culture brings series of changes, especially to the concepts of social communication. People are not only limited to face-to-face communication, but prefer distance communication, e.g. Wechat, Weibo, etc. By the time of micro-culture, people are possible to get numerous information. College students, as pioneer, spend lots of spare time on the network to create and receive information. Micro-culture platform has been most significant social network of China networks users, especially college students. Since micro-culture has changed the communication pattern between college students and their ideological and political education, traditional face-to-face ideological and political education is not able to fulfill the new requirement under the background of micro-culture. Under this situation, educators must utilize micro-culture, to guide and educate students, to provide support to their life, to reinforce ideological and political education. How to use the advantages of micro-culture in ideological and political education, Strengthening the ideological and political education Team construction,to form the theoretical system of ideological and political education, it became a urgent problem in ideological and political education.Thesis focuses on the characteristic and method of ideological and political education under background of micro-culture. It starts from micro-culture perspective, re-elaborate ideological and political education for college students. Key words of thesis are ‘micro-culture’ and ‘ideological and political education for college students’. Following research aspects are analyzed and elaborated in thesis:(1)New phenomena and characteristic in college students ideological and political education are elaborated thoroughly, new difficulties and problem are also defined in thesis.(2)The paper analysis of the micro-culture related work of university students’ Ideological Education Culture Environment, demonstrates the relationship of micro-culture and ideological and political education.(3)Thesis elaborates and analyzes relevant aspects in ideological and political education under micro-culture, demonstrated the relationship between ideological and political education and micro-culture.(4)New method to overcome the difficulties and problems are proposed, based on combining opportunities and challenged in ideological and political education.Innovations of thesis are:(1)Innovation of research. Thesis starts from influence of micro-culture to current college students ideological and political education, elaborates the new difficulties and problem of ideological and political education faced under micro-culture influence. Additionally, based on traditional ideological and political education, couples of innovative method are proposed to overcome the issues stated.(2)Innovation of research method. In the research, questionnaire survey was conducted, instead of traditional ‘purely theoretical discussion’. The objective and scientific research data make the points discussed in thesis more persuasive and effective.
