Research On The Influences Of "Micro Era" On Ideological And Political Education For University Students And Countermeasures

It is significantly necessary for the ideological and political education in university to keep pace with the times,which is the frontier of ideological education for university students.With the rapidly advancement of times,“Micro Era” breaks the limitations of time and space for the way people used to communicate,which have excellent convenient features encompassing fast,content-rich and outstanding interaction.Recently,“Micro Era” attracts much more attention from university students due to the sustainable growth and development of the network platforms such as Wechat,Weibo and so on.University students enjoy the convenience brought by“Micro Era”,meanwhile,the value orientations of university students are inevitably affected,some of which expect to occur the distortion of values.As the ideological and political educators,much attention must be paid to this issue.Moreover,how to guide the “Micro Era” to make positive and active contributions to the values and behaviors of university students has become a crucial topic which is required to be investigated by ideological and political educators.Firstly,on the basis of the ideological and political education environmental theory,the theory of human's overall development,social communication theory and audience theory,this work implements beneficial exploration and research on the ideological and political education of college students in “Micro Era”.Through the literature research,this paper summarizes the mature practical experience of the ideological and political education for university students all around the world,which provides an efficient reference for the further enhancement of the ideological and political education for university students.Moreover,this research effort performs the further analysis of the great significance of the “Micro Era” on improving,optimizing,broadening the teaching content for the ideological and political education methods of university students.Secondly,the field surveys are conducted mainly based on questionnaires and assisted with interviews.We shed light on the attitude and motivation of university students in Shanxi Province using the “Micro” platforms,and comprehensively conclude the characteristics of current university students,such as variety value orientations and thinking individualization.Furthermore,we intensively implement the investigation of a great deal of problems exhibited in the ideological and political education with “Micro Era” are,such as the insufficient application of the “Micro Era”for the ideological and political educators,the weak interaction between teachers and students and few information feedback,the uneven and unattractive content of transport information due to the complexity of the network environment,the inadequate supervision of the network which result in the interruption by junk information and analyze the inherent causes in deeply.Finally,the emphasis of this paper is laid on how to take the advantages of “Micro Era” to propel the ideological and political education of university students in an orderly way.Furthermore,we put forward some countermeasures for strengthening the self-discipline consciousness within network,the improvement of the overall level of ideological and political education team,the setup of new reasonable and standard network platforms,and the development of network supervision system.Following the development pace of “Micro Era” closely,this work continues enhancing the work path for the ideological and political education.From the view of respecting university students' subjectivity and satisfying the development requirements of students' personality in the meanwhile,this research focuses on the cultivation of cognitive ability and social practice ability of university students,which can really help students shape a sound personality and promote the healthy growth of university students.
