| The rural neighborhoods defects and residents health-based on Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Y village is from the medical sociology study of neighborhoods defect, based on Sally McIntyre’s research about five factors impact on health:(1) the nature of the physical environment; (2) that occupy the home, work and play environment; (3) provide support services for people; (4) social-cultural neighborhoods; (5) the reputation of a region. Tripping personal or individual socioeconomic status, level of health services by the community level of environmental space, social structure, and the social atmosphere and other aspects, in view of the Y village residents generally poor health status, and the right of natural resources, community resources distribution of health disparities, defects by Y village neighborhoods and residents health status of observation, from the perspective of functionalism theory Angle of view, social capital theory, and Lifestyle theory Angle of view, the relationship between defects of neighborhoods and residents health theory analysis, and data were collected in the form of case qualitative comparative analysis (QCA). The results showed that the physical environment in the neighborhood, support services, social, cultural, and community reputation constitute a necessary condition for the combination of residents’ health conditions have a significant impact. Future issues in promoting community construction in community space environment, social structure and social cultural environment factors, such as to improve the target, from the community neighborhood environment set out to build can promote a healthy social atmosphere, to reduce the regional environment from the aspects of environmental exposure risk danger or create health promotion mechanism to improve the health of residents living in a support environment and reducing health inequalities between community, promote the healthy and sustainable community construction and development. |
