People's health is an important symbol of the prosperity of the country and the prosperity of the nation."Healthy China Action(2019-2030 years)" pointed out that in order to actively respond to the current prominent health problems,it is necessary to move forward,take effective intervention measures,and strive to prevent the masses from getting sick,reduce their illnesses,improve the quality of life,and prolong healthy lifespan.Health intervention is an effective strategy to achieve higher health performance at a lower cost.Health social work can improve people's health by intervening in the social determinants of health.This is an important measure to implement the Healthy China strategy from the perspective of social work.Health social work focuses on the social determinants of individual health.In daily life,the dietary knowledge at the individual level and the external social support environment at the meso level are the social determinants of health.Based on this,this article uses a mixed research design to explore the residents' dietary knowledge and related community resources,and is committed to providing effective measures to improve residents' health.From July to September 2020,the author carried out social work professional internships in the M community,and at the same time used qualitative research methods to investigate the health social work of the community.Through participatory observation and in-depth interviews,the author found that the health social work content of M community includes health promotion,health management and 15-minute living circle construction.In the actual process of health social work,there are shortcomings of lack of social work strength,lack of confidence in social workers' health education,and lack of community resources.Based on the above situation,the author further analyzed the causes of insufficient health and social work in the M community,and raised the issues of health social work that this article focuses on:(1)The residents' dietary knowledge evaluation tools are not perfect;(2)The research on the relationship between dietary knowledge and health is not deep enough;(3)The impact of community resources and dietary knowledge on residents' health is not clear enough.On this basis,the author uses the 2004-2015 China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS)data to carry out quantitative analysis,and uses latent class analysis and regression models to further study residents' dietary knowledge and related influencing factors.There are three main conclusions:First,the dietary knowledge of Chinese residents exhibits two important cognitive dimensions:high intake vigilance and food diversity recognition,and can be divided into high intake-single type,high intake-multiple type,vigilant-single type and vigilant-multiple type.This responds to the problem that residents' dietary knowledge evaluation tools are not perfect.Second,from the perspective of dietary knowledge and health,health education can significantly promote the health of residents,and the effect of education on the two important cognitive dimensions is superimposed.The influence of chronic diseases on dietary cognition is pre-existing.Chronic diseases can bring about improvement of dietary knowledge,but only long-term adherence to perfect dietary cognition is conducive to the improvement of chronic diseases and health.This responds to the lack of in-depth research on the relationship between dietary knowledge and health.Third,at the community level,traditional market resources can synergize with cognition of food diversity,and sanitation resources can synergize with cognition of high intake vigilance,which can significantly improve the health of residents.This finding supplements the problem of insufficient clarity on the impact of community resources and dietary knowledge on the health of residents.Based on research findings,the author believes that health social work practices can be improved from the following five points:First,we must believe in the significance of health social work and health education,and we must take the initiative to exert the power of social work in the health cause.Second,it is necessary to combine type judgments to carry out health education in two important dimensions of dietary knowledge in a targeted manner.Third,it is necessary to help patients with chronic diseases to adhere to the perfect dietary knowledge for a long time.Fourth,we must attach importance to the synergy of community traditional market resources and food diversity dietary awareness.Fifth,we must pay attention to the synergy of community sanitation resources and awareness of high-intake vigilant dietary awareness.
