Research On Influencing Factors Of College Counselors' Work Engagement Based On Qualitative Comparative Analysis

Entering the 21 st century,the enrollment rate of higher education continues to increase in China.The state began to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students.At the same time,it also put forward different requirements for the construction of college counselors,and clearly defined the dual roles of counselors and teachers.However,in reality,the development of counselors is not optimistic.Many counselors have a tendency to burnout soon after they join the job.Some counselors with long working years are in a period of burnout.Inspired by positive psychology,the path of negative burnout is positive.Begin to explore the opposite of the work input,because the various dimensions of theoretical input work happens to be the opposite of burnout.Promoting things in a positive direction can avoid or even alleviate their inferior position.Therefore,research into the work of counselor and determine their impact factors are of vital importance and value of mitigation counselor burnout problem.Through the analysis of the existing research situation of this problem,this paper summarizes nine high-related factors that affect the counselor's work input,gender,marital status,college nature,individual professional identity,organizational justice,salary level,spiritual motivation.,the school work environment and the level of interpersonal support,these factors interact with and influence the counselor's work input.Therefore,using the method of qualitative comparative analysis(QCA),a kind of multi-set theory to explain causality condition,and identify the necessary and sufficient conditions of analysis,structural equation instead,a simple linear multiple regression correlation.Data acquisition and northeast week than the regional university to get 57 valid samples,the use of fs / QCA 2.0 were truth table construction and calibration data,has been a universal effect of the combination of conditions:Interpersonal Support * organizational justice * Professional Identity and an Effective Path for Key Universities: college nature * Professional Identity.It also shows that the the factors influence of counselor's work input are professional identity,organizational justice,and interpersonal support.Finally,from the counselor's own,the school organization and the interaction between the two,suggestions on the promotion of the counselor's work input.
