Human resources management is the realistic problem of any organization cannot avoided. An effective human resources management would promote the organization’s various effects, however, lacking goals and inappropriate management would function negatively. Teachers are special force of modern society and market economy, and their human resource management faces new challenges and needs improvement. The thesis discusses how to improve teachers’human resource management in the present context.This paper choose the "human resources management of teachers in fundamental education" as the breakthrough point, taking the Uushin Senior High School of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the object of case study, and used the modern human resource management theory and the teacher human resources management theory as the research theory basis, and analyzed the human resources management in Uushin Senior High School and came out with reasonable solutions for existing problems. The study has the corresponding theoretical research importance as well as practical value. On one hand, the research completed the lack of studies in human resources management of basic education, and belongs to new research topic. And on the other hand, the research outcomes of the thesis could provide reference to human resource management of teachers in basic education, so that to make it become more effective.
