At present,promoting the development of education is the common trend of all countries in the world.It is also the basis and motive force to promote the social and economic development of Vietnam.Human resources management of teachers plays a decisive role in the development of education,and is a decisive factor of the quality of talent training.The management of teachers' human resources determines the efficiency of human resources,determines the quality of education,determines the quality of human resources in the whole society,and then affects the social and economic development of the country.In the past few years,the government of Vinh Phuc province have attached great importance to the development of education,have made many achievements in education,in turn to develop the economic and social of Vinh Phuc province.However,there are still some shortcomings in the management of teachers' human resources in Vinh Phuc Province,such as poor allocation of resources,poor training effect,lack of incentive and lack of long-term planning.The reason may be because the regional traffic is not convenient,the mode of teacher training is single,the content of the theory is light on practice,the incentive mechanism of teachers is not perfect;the education and Training government does not attach importance to the long-term planning of teachers' resources.In this regard,the study tries to put forward a solution to improve the human resource management of teachers in Vinh Phuc Province,and offer a strength for the further development of the economy and society in Vinh Phuc province.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the background,the background of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,the definition of concept.The second part is the literature review,summarizes and combs the relevant documents of the human resource management at home and abroad in Vietnam,and lays the foundation for the follow-up analysis;the third part is the teacher's human resource management Research,collate and analyze the quantitative data and qualitative data collected by the author,understand the current situation of human resource management in Vinh Phuc Province,the existing problems and the causes of the problems;the fourth part is.the countermeasures and suggestions,and on the basis of the summary of the previous study,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
