Everyone in his life should fulfill the responsibility which to others,to society,to the nature and to themselves.Responsibility is one of the basic elements of human reason people.Today,China is in the transition period of social change,the emergence of many social problems to be solved,including the moral responsibility has become a prominent issue at this stage we are.Ideological and political quality and moral of teachers will directly affects the development of students’ outlook on life and values,and determine the quality of personnel training,the relationship between the future of the country and the nation.Teachers are the key factors to education and national development,the moral responsibility research of teachers will have more special significance.At present,the quality of our teachers team have constantly improve,the most of the teachers in their work dutifully fulfill the sacred duty of teaching,has won wide acclaim from the whole society and universal respect.But it is undeniable that some teachers who do exist lack of moral responsibility,fuzzy ideals and beliefs,education consciousness,teaching perfunctory,study,impetuous,and even academic misconduct,words and deeds of anomie,immorality and other serious damage to the social image of teachers and professional reputation.This paper aims to understand the basic situation of contemporary moral responsibility of teachers on the basis of achieving,through the influence of teachers’ moral responsibility and to achieve real problem factors research and discussion,provided you can draw inspiration to achieve better teacher of moral responsibility.In this paper,the first part of the preface is that an analysis about moral responsibility of teachers for the current situation.Current situation is worrying which highlighting the necessity of this subject,and to analyze the reasons for these phenomena occur in groups of teachers.In the analysis of the concept of moral responsibility and puts forward his own moral responsibility for teachers to share ideas and knowledge.It also describes the objectives of the research,research and research methods,made the subject of innovation is the foundation for moral responsibility of teachers and content analysis.Paper is divided into four parts:The first part of the main problems for the teacher to practice moral responsibility,the lack of moral responsibility of the teacher’s performance,from thevalues of balance,the effect of the distortion of education,professional behavior anomie,departure from academic and moral phenomenon can be seen to realize the urgency of the moral responsibility of teachers to analyze the reasons for lack of moral responsibility is multifaceted.For example,the impact of diverse values,over-idealistic teacher change,education and moral evaluation of a single teacher’s professional identity is not strong,and so on.By the second part of the responsibility,moral responsibility of analyzing the meaning of the moral responsibility of teachers to further strengthens the foundation of understanding.Teachers understand the moral responsibility to achieve the prerequisite and basis also can not ignore the interests of teachers and on this basis to further improve teachers’ sense of moral responsibility,continuous self-cultivation,teachers do "Xiuwaihuizhong", "Beautiful inside and out",and finally reach perfection.The third part is for teachers in general and special moral responsibility to sort out,to understand the content and scope of the moral responsibility of teachers,by teachers on the basis of analysis of the moral responsibility of the judge summed up the principle of proportionality,the principle of unity responsibilities,personal and socially responsible principle of unity.The fourth part to fulfill the terms of the main problems for the moral responsibility of teachers,proposed ways to achieve the moral responsibility of teachers and teachers’ moral responsibility to achieve for students,schools,teachers groups,social,national significance.Teachers realize the moral responsibilities not only need the external environment,internal mechanisms also need to practice self-conscious cultivation of moral responsibility and ethical behavior.
