Chinese teaching of primary school plays an important role in children education process. Since 8th curriculum reform, more and more children’s literature have been added to primary school Chinese textbooks.Teachers impart knowledge to students, they play the impartment link between children and children’s literature. And according to the current survey, children’s literature accomplishment of teachers is not good generally, directly affect the education of primary school Chinese teaching.This paper mainly focused on the children’s literature accomplishment of the elementary school language teacher. Research in general can be divided into two levels: the first level includes the connotation of children’s literature accomplishment, the relationship between the elementary school language, and the relationship between the teachers’ professional qualities, the paper demonstrate the basic composition and importance of children’s literature accomplishment from three parts above;the second part used the investigation interview ways, to analyze the current situation of primary school teacher of Chinese children’s literature accomplishment, and puts forward some Suggestions to improve the situation.Paper is made up of four parts:The first part, introduction. It includes the problems of the research background, research significance, and research status at home and abroad, research institute with the method, this paper expected of theory and practice of innovation, and possible problems and difficulties.The second part, the thesis of the first and second chapters. First chapter of the thesis elaborate the importance of children’s literature accomplishment by the needs of quality education, universal trend, the language education important curriculum resources, to the person’s influence in the four aspects. And analyses the composition of primary school teacher of Chinese children’s literature accomplishment, through the teachers’ professional quality analysis, two points with the characteristics of children’s literature in the course of elementary school teacher of Chinese children’s literature accomplishment elements as follows: the basic emotion and attitude of children’s literature,comprehensive understanding and the understanding of children, rich experience of reading children’s literature, students’ ability of reading activities and skills.The third part, the thesis of the third and fourth chapter. Through the way of interview and questionnaire survey analysis of the present condition of the elementary school language teacher and children’s literature accomplishment, and analyzes the causes of the above phenomenon. According to the status quo analysis, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the improvement of children’s literature accomplishment.The fourth part, the conclusion of the paper. The conclusion summarizes the thesis analysis.
