Nanjing city Pukou district is located in the north of the Changjiang River and the city of Nanjing across the river, with the new situation of the urbanization, the transition from the suburban Pukou district to the river north district. Nowadays,with the continuous development of the school sports, the sports game teaching also has the use of relatively mature. But in the new urbanization transformation and the reform of physical education in Pukou area under the background of education has not been timely advance, especially when talking about the sports game teaching for many years failed to get a good transition.Sports games as part of the physical education, it is to impart knowledge,fitness, education, entertainment and other functions, in line with the development of pupils’ physical and psychological needs. Sports games can stimulate students’ interest in sports and hobbies, to mobilize the enthusiasm of students in physical training, the intellectual development of students, improve students’ ideology and morality. In order to promote the Pukou District primary school sports teaching sports games, an important factor to explore effects of physical education teachers,strengthen the application of sports games in teaching, this paper adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and factor analysis method and other research methods, on the creation of sports games in Nanjing city Pukou District Primary School Physical Education in the teaching of physical education teachers in sports games, sports games application status of primary school PE class and the restrictive factors of the investigation.The main conclusions of the study are:1 Pukou district sports game development process middle school students participate in sports class sports motivation is not high, the lack of interest towards sports game, students do not have a high awareness of the healthy development of sports game, easily affected by classroom organization and gender barriers of sports games.Less than 2 of Pukou district sports teacher sports game reserve, lack of sportsgames, creating a larger workload, the lack of sports game learning experience,teachers’ professional level is not high, people treat sports game value deviation, it is difficult to ensure the sustainable development of sports game teaching.3 sports game teaching time, proportion, structure is unreasonable, sports teachers think sports game popularity is not in place, and the rules of sports game material degree of difficulty and the pupils failed to form effective correspondence,sports games application type is relatively single, close coordination is difficult to do sports and life of the students, classroom teaching content, restricted the sports games in primary school physical education classes of growth.4 schools in Pukou District of loopholes in the management system, the organization of sports games, the number of schools lack of R & D team, pay attention to physical education teachers training and sports equipment and other degree is not high, the classroom management of PE teachers in sports games in sports has hindered the pace of class.Put forward the following suggestions according to the actual situation of the survey:1 to strengthen the cultivation of students’ interest in sports, to enhance students’ awareness of sports games, sports games behavior education of students, pay attention to each student’s development, the formation of the practical implementation of students’ lifelong sports ideology.2 teachers’ professional training opportunities, optimizing the internal structure of PE Teachers’ daily work and life, the reasonable arrangement of PE teachers,improve the teaching status of sports games in physical education class, enhance the value recognition of teachers of sports games, sports games in the group of teachers in sustainable development.The 3 time, structure optimization of sports games, sports games make latitude increase at the same time the popularity of sports games, give full consideration to the characteristics of physical and mental development of students. Do sports games and students living in connection with the teaching content to match, do sports games of a hierarchical stages.4 to improve the school classroom management mechanism, formulate related with sports game with the teaching plan, expand the development space of sports games, sports games require additional equipment, the formation of sports game teaching organizations, promote the benign development of sports games in PE class in primary school.
