National Medium- and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development.(2010-2020) definitely pointed out that “taking morality to foster people, taking socialist core value system to integrate into the whole process of citizen education. Enhancing people’s awareness education, fine Chinese traditional culture and revolutionary tradition education. Consolidating the major channel of school’s education, making education infiltrate to all links of teaching practice and integrate it to all the aspects of campus culture.”As the important component of school’s moral education, moral education in PE teaching is the important method to promote students’ comprehensive development, harmonious development, sustainable development, lifelong development and healthy growth. This essay, through methods of literature material method, experts interviewing method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistic method, from the research perspective of morality education, has survey and research on moral education of primary and secondary schools’ PE. And then this essay analyzes the current status of the morality education of primary and secondary schools’ PE., arranges, integrates the education experience of each link inside primary and secondary schools’ PE, and analyzes the element influencing moral education of primary and secondary schools’ PE, and then proposes corresponding countermeasures to solve issue existing in morality education of primary and secondary schools’ PE, thus providing theory support and practice reference for morality education of primary and secondary schools’ PE.Conclusion of this research:1.Most primary and secondary schools’ PE teachers have correct understanding on morality education on PE, and have higher identification on the meaning of introducing moral knowledge in PE class. Elements affecting the implementation of morality education of primary and secondary schools’ PE are as follows: insufficient understanding on morality education in practical work, mastering no correct methods and ways and vague assessment standard on morality education and other outside elements cause the effect of school PE’s morality education to fail to expectation.2.Primary and secondary schools’ leaders have higher recognition level on morality education of schools’ PE and have no deep requirements, checking and assessments on moral education infiltration. School leaders and primary and secondary schools’ PE teachers all think the form of public class and teaching competition is the efficient method to improve PE teacher’s moral quality.3. Through the analysis of moral education theories and practices in domestic and foreign PE teaching and reflection on the loss status of moral education in our country’s PE education, this essay concludes the basic contents of moral education in PE teaching to seven aspects: national spirit, moral quality, group spirit, volitional quality, rule awareness, aesthetics awareness and fair awareness.4.Primary and secondary schools’ PE teachers and students all think the moral education in PE class would have some educational impacts on students, the ways and methods adopted by PE teachers in practical class are basically reasonable, but there are some issues existing in the tackling of emergent issues.5.The countermeasures to perfect the implementation of the moral education of Primary and secondary schools’ which this essay suggests are: enhancing educational opinion of primary and secondary schools’ PE teachers, enhancing PE teacher’s moral training, perfecting moral education assessment system, subdividing moral education objective, stressing students’ subject position...
