Primary and secondary school class management system not only is an important part of school management, also the potential resources of moral education,and should be further developed. Class management behavior and adjust the rules of the relationship between teachers and students, it is clear code of conduct and requires the source of student moral knowledge, reasonable class management system provide value guidance function for students’ moral character development, and social class management system is the moral environment for the development of students’ moral character, has the specification to the student character development, orientation, adjustment, and edify.Under the influence of various factors,the richful moral education function of class management system has not been fully developed in the real education activities, that is regrettable. And it is not conducive to scientific and effective improvement of the system of class management and the development of students’ moral character, thus affecting students to achieve the goal of all-round development education. To develop the moral education function of scientific and reasonable system of classroom management is one characteristic of effective school moral education. This paper discusses the primary and secondary school class management system internal logic relationship with the students’ moral character development.I want to understand the function of moral education class management system of primary and secondary schools the status quo of development, on the basis of literature review through interview and investigation.But the moral function of class management system is missing; Finally I attempts to put forward the strategies to implementate the moral function class management system, to cultivate the moral man.There are six parts of the thesis:the first part of the article is the introduction, including the paper selected topic reason, the core concept definition, literature review and research methods.The second part discusses the connotation of class management system and the relationship between the internal logic of moral education; The third part is the important part of thesis, mainly details the class management system with the function of moral education.Through survey research papers, in the fourth and fifth parts mainly analyzes the current education practice activity of class management system present situation and the reasons of lack of moral education function.Last part of paper from the state administrative department of education, school management and class organization to explore the class management system function development strategy about the moral education of primary and secondary school, focusing on research the aspects of class management system in the process of formulation, implementation and evaluation,and then to exert its function of moral education.
