| In recent years, with the popularization of information technology, more and more learners no longer stick to offline learning, the emergence of more and more rich learning resources, attracting a large number of learners into online learning. Therefore, based on a variety of digital learning platform environment are constantly emerging, penetrated into all aspects. And whether it is student-oriented learning platform, or for teachers or resource sharing platform designed to improve teachers’ professional development platforms are not as we wish to bring disruptive change in the education sector. Digital environment self-regulate learning is an unsupervised learning, and therefore require to pay more attention on platform user needs and autonomy, namely internal and external motivation of learners.Through participation and observation on the current large-scale network and research activities of the network research platform data discovery research activities in large-scale networks can not meet the individual needs of teachers, teachers lack intrinsic motivation in teaching and research activities. Therefore, an urgent need to identify digital environment independent study teacher realistic mode of teaching and research in solving network problems teachers lack intrinsic motivation, and in the digital environment also need to rely on independent study teachers to effectively monitor and support learning platform, in order to achieve the best the autonomous learning.Papers from four aspects explores digital environment teacher self-learning mode, namely through digital environment independent study literature research, summed up a teacher self-regulated learning conceptual model diagram which under the digital environment; and then combined with the current domestic status analysis, summed improve teacher the new self-learning mode--- A small team self-learning mode based subject.
