Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Postgraduates' Information Literacy In Colleges And Universities

The human society is changing from the industrial society to information society after entering in twenty-first century. The most important measure of talents is the information literacy level in the information society. Therefore, information literacy is becoming more and more attention from all over the world, and has developed the strategic objectives, training objectives and evaluation system of information literacy education in accord with the national conditions. Postgraduate students is one of the most important personnel to participate in the world game in the future in China, the degree of information literacy education of postgraduate students, is the basis of survival and development for this group, is the key factor of influencing the future competitive success.Taking postgraduate students information literacy as the theme, at first, we build the analysis framework of information literacy which includes concept layer, standard layer and enable layer in this paper. The connotation and features of information literacy has been expounded in the concept layer, the evaluation standard of information literacy has been described in the standard layer, the enhancing countermeasures of information literacy has been put forward in the enable layer. And then design the information literacy questionnaire, discuss the current situation by means of investigating and analyzing data of postgraduate information literacy, find out the existing problems and reasons. Finally, from the three aspects of state, universities and postgraduate students themselves, the feasibility of countermeasures and forward-looking recommendations of improving information literacy of postgraduate students were discussed.Postgraduate students are the main force of knowledge innovation in China, cultivation of information literacy has become the natural part of postgraduate students’ quality education, and the key link of cultivating postgraduate students, is an important way to enhance learning quality, and is the main way to cultivate the scientific research innovation ability.
