Research On Educational Management Based On Current University Students' Consciousness Consciousness Survey

At the end of the 20 th century,the UNESCO held the first world conference on higher education in France,while pointed out that the primary mission and the duty of higher education is to cultivate qualified graduates and responsible citizens whom can meet human’s needs in various activities.As the social environment become much more complicated gradually,Chinese college students’ sense of responsibility is weakened and even deprived.The current situation of college students’ sense of responsibility is not optimistic,and that illustrates four problems,including education management problems,the weakening of family education,negative influence of social environment,the difference of college students’ quality.My dissertation mainly studies the problems in the process of the sense of responsibility education.The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of college students’ sense of responsibility,reflect and resolve the problems in the colleges’ education management work.This study adopted literature research method,questionnaire survey and empirical studies.The paper took the current situation of college students’ sense of responsibility as the breakthrough point,analyzed the problems from four aspects,including concept,system,mechanism,content and teachers.This study made some suggestions and countermeasures for the work of education management,expected to enrich the research perspectives and countermeasures,hoped to improve the aims and practical effect in the work of education management.
