At present,with the reform and opening up the social outlook has undergone profound changes,the social environment has become more complex,for the construction of college counselors brought many opportunities and challenges,the impact of various ideas to counselors do not bring Small influence.In the current context,it is imperative to focus on raising the sense of responsibility of college counselors.In the specific operation process,we must strictly follow the objective needs of society,accurate positioning,to the greatest extent to meet the social expectations,to fundamentally enhance the ideological and political counselors,to improve the overall quality of college students to lay the foundation for national and national training excellent successor.This paper designs a questionnaire which can reflect the present situation of the current sense of responsibility of counselors.Combining with the research methods such as literature research and investigation interview,this paper analyzes that the current college counselors generally have a strong sense of political education responsibility,A sense of responsibility,a strong sense of responsibility for educating people and a clear sense of moral responsibility.At the same time through the investigation and study also found that some counselors in the work will appear to fulfill the responsibility of political awareness of the lack of awareness,improve the daily management of the ability to innovate slightly less,to carry out service security practices experience is limited and thinking The ability of moral education is still to be improved and other issues,and found that the team construction is not high degree of specialization,daily work and life stress,lack of emphasis on their own development planning and promotion and evaluation mechanism is not perfect and so on.The main cause of the lack of responsibility consciousness.After researching the problems and causes of some counselors’ sense of responsibility,this paper puts forward the specialization degree of the construction of the counselor team from the perspective of subjective and objective,and establishes and implements the development of the counselor System,attach importance to the counselor’s personal thought construction and development and to create and maintain a good atmosphere of counselors work these four measures to help counselors to cultivate a sense of responsibility to enhance the overall quality of counselors to improve counselors ideological and political education level.
