The Study Of The Self-responsibility Consciousness Of Contemporary College Students

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economic and social development has gradually entered the socialist market economy from the traditional planned economy system and people's life and psychology have had great changes.In face of complicated and changeable social environment,the college students who are born in the era have many irresponsible behaviors,including suicide,flood of emotions,poor learning initiative,etc.For that reason,the strengthening of the self-responsibility consciousness education is particularly important.Strengthening the self-responsibility consciousness education of college students is the premise and basis of all other responsibility consciousness education,an important link of the quality education promotion,a required element for enhancing the training quality of college talents and also the key of the self-growth of college students.The self-responsibility consciousness of college students means that the emotional experience of college students caused by whether the behavior choice,behavior process and consequences meet the internal needs in assuming the self-development responsibility.From the actual situation of colleges,the responsibility education of colleges for college students mainly advocates students' self-responsibility consciousness,but ignores the cultivation of students' self-responsibility consciousness.In order to strengthen the cultivation of students' self-responsibility consciousness and realize the integration of self-responsibility and social responsibility,this paper expounds the concept and contents of students' self-responsibility consciousness and investigates the current situation of students' self-responsibility consciousness through questionnaires and interviews.We can find that in the investigation,the ideological mainstream of contemporary college students is generally positive,healthy and upward.Most students are clear about the responsibility required by the society and can make the right choice,conscientiously fulfill self-responsibility and social responsibility according to the responsibilityrequirements.But there are some students whose self-responsibility consciousness is fuzzy and even missing,for example,with bad learning initiative and negative learning attitude,some students skip classes,hate study and cheat in the examinations;The main reasons are external causes,including social,college and family causes and the self-reason of college students.It believes that the development of social economy is the economic root of the self-responsibility consciousness shortage of college students,the family and school education bias is the main reason for the lack of self-responsibility consciousness and the characteristics of college students is the internal cause of the fuzzy self-responsibility of college students.For the current situation and reasons of self-responsibility consciousness shortage of college students,it puts forward solutions from four aspects,society,family,college and self.The solutions mainly include optimizing social environment and promoting good social atmosphere.The parents shall set up correct education concept,the colleges shall train qualified teacher team and the students shall carry out self-education and correctly understand the connotation and requirements of self-responsibility consciousness.
