Because the language regional activities in the kindergarten emphasize teachers value children’s individual differences,language study characteristics and study quality,have become one of the important ways to fulfill 《the 3-- 6 years old children’s learning and development guidelines》.This study relies on qualitative research method.The main parts are the environment of regional language activities in kindergarten and how to carry out regional language activities. The study follows the philosophy of creating language regional environment and how to put material in language regional to discuss the environment of regional language activities in kindergarten.And from Carrying out regional activities plan,designing language regional activity and the specific implementation of language areas activity to discuss how to carry out language regional activities.On this basis,to explore the influence factors how to constraint language regional environment creation and implementation.They contain the positive and negative factors.For example,stable income of kindergarten,class activities area,teachers’ attention are the positive factors.But the factors of environment stiff,the less number of language regional activities and so on are the negative factors.At last,based of understanding the status and the influencing factors,from two aspects are how to create the environment of regional language and how to carry out the language activities in regional to help kindergarten to create the environment of regional language and carry out the activities in language regional.
