With the development of economy, the progress of science and technology, comprehensive national strength is becoming more and more fierce competition between countries all over the world, this kind of competition is essentially talent competition, talents depend on education, it can be said that the rise and fall of a country is associated with education, high quality teachers’ team is the basic condition, education level to ensure, therefore, in the development of contemporary society, the development of education and teachers’ professional quality.Education reform is picking up in 2001, "the full-time compulsory education Chinese course standard(experiment draft)" promulgated the enormous impact for Chinese teaching, makes a great change of the Chinese a line of teaching, at the same time puts forward higher requirements on the language teacher.
