| This thesis discusses the changes of life and production style of herders who left pastoral area and moved to the town, taking the herders in Uradiin Dumdad Banner as an example.This paper consists of three parts:introduction, text and conclusion. The part of introduction summarizes the background of the dissertation, research objective and significance, the current research status and the methods applied. The first chapter mainly introduces the field sites and the reason for herders moving to cities. The second chapter mainly discusses the changes of economic production and the social life style of herders moved to urbanized area, and some examples are given to show changes of their life style.The third chapter makes a summary of this thesis and put forward the problems herders are facing in the process of urbanization and expresses author’s own viewpoints. |
