| Dough Modeling is a kind of unique Chinese prevalent folk art with a long history and rich cultural origins. It is integrated into local high school art class as the folk arts resources, and give scope to the effect of basic art education in the protection of intangible cultural heritage. This article analyzed the present situation of Dough Modeling and Dough Modeling Teaching in Zhenjiang through the investigation of literature and questionnaire surveys and advocated that the main exist problems of dough modeling, which is lack of inheritance and learning of Chinese traditional culture.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the inheriting Dough Modeling folk art of Unit Research-based Learning under constructivist teaching mode and solves the problem of the Dough Modeling teaching conservative mode, the introduction of specific steps in place of Dough Modeling teaching and resulting in Dough Modeling works similar to each other after two rounds of teaching practice. From the students’ development perspective, this paper provides some means of using for reference to creative ways of folk artists combining with the relations between Dough Modeling and human. It not only learn and inherit the techniques, but also pay more attention to the information and value of humanity, sociality and historicality of Dough Modeling.This paper classified Dough Modeling origin resources of Zhenjiang to learn from folk handicraftsmen and enhance the understanding traditional cultural custom of Dough Modeling, pay more attention to the different life backgrounds and the spiritual realm of old handicraftsmen, made Dough Modeling figures of local them characteristics the Zhenjiang pot cover noodles, active the students to express their sight, thought and feeling freely. It is suggested that the reasonable evaluation mechanism should be taken to promote a lasting interest in Dough Modeling folk art, enable students to understand that the folk Dough Modeling is an important part of Chinese traditional art and be conscious of the main part of the transmission and development of the ethnic traditional culture themselves. |
