| University Students’ Association is being paid more and more attention during these years because of its special influence. Especially after 2004 when the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council released the Suggestions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education of University Students(CPC released [2004] No. 16),university students’ association plays a more significant role in the field of university students ideological and political education.University student’ association are booming while there have been some problems.For example the system is not perfect, association activities is difficult to guarantee quality, attractive association less attractive and other issues.How to construct a good association is a very interesting topic.The author introduce the brand theory into the construction of university Student’associations,show the the brand construction road to student associations.This paper selects s University autumn lithographic agency, for example, chose autumn lithographic agency because it after 20 years of development is already a successful brand student community. This paper based on the use of literature analysis theory collected on the use of interviews investigation of the interviewees in this study a total of 16 people: League 1 teacher, instructor and one community,community cadres four people, four community members, average student 3 people, 3teachers. The contents of the interview is the basic situation of Indian community in terms of development, institution building, community management, faculty resources,corporate culture building, community advocacy to expand the interviews.This paper is divided into five parts to carry out research.The first chapter introduces the background, literature review, the relevant definition of the concept of this paper, etc.The second chapter discusses the theory of the construction of university Student’associations.The third is the case study-Autumn lithography association, focuses on the development of it and achievements obtained twenty years.The fourth chapter summary autumn lithography’s successful experiences and social policy based on case studies.The fifth chapter is mainly about how to construct the successful brand construction and how to put this successful experience of construction to other communities.Combining the brand construction’s experiences with the student associations,the paper proposes four construction principles:key construction principle, the coreprinciples of quality,innovative principles and social value principles.The paper proposes three steps to construct the brand student’s association:preparation phase of construction, operation and maintenance phases stage.Finally, the paper proposes the implementation of brand strategy student’s association. |
