"National Reading" has been written into our "Government Work Report" for two consecutive years, the meaning behind it is self-evident- nowadays is an era of rapidly expanding data spikes, information and knowledge update quickly, learning has become necessities of life. The word "Learn" is no longer constrained by specific behavior, but is regarded as a way and attitude of life of modern people. However, although lifelong learning has become a social consensus,a lot of research at the same time pointed out that adult learning is easier to say than to do, because its environment has much more complex factors comparing to the influence factors of campus study. Recently, the smart mobile devices become increasingly popular among scholars, because it is considered to break down many kinds of obstacles in adult learning, for example,people can make full use of fragmented time to study-it’s a great solution to the lack of time in adult learning. But how to bring adult learners that facing a sea of the information into truly meaning learning is another problem of the researchers, and how to convert unconscious activities to conscious learning through effective instructional design is just the theme of the paper.In the first part of the thesis the writer briefly discusses the research background and the main research methods, the second part is the theoretical basis of this research, after the construction of the instructional design model in the third, the author has carried out a case study in the last episode.
