An Investigation On The Implementation Of New Curriculum Reform Policy

With the development of the times, the whole country and society are experiencing great changes. In order to conform to the trend of social, and meet the needs of the different demands for talents under the new situation, in 2001 our country has started the elementary education curriculum reform, which is the largest scale since the founding of our country. With the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform policy in practice, the block problems of implementation of curriculum reform policy gradually come out, which directly influence the policy target and policy effect. This paper takes Qiqihar City’s three ordinary high schools as the research objects, by means of questionnaire and interview etc., And from the policy itself and the aspects out of the policy, using the policy theory, the reasons are summed up why all the problems appear in the implementation of the new curriculum reform. Finally, aiming at the main factors hindering the reform of new curriculum policy implementation, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from different angles.
