Research On Sports Fitness Behavior Of Civil Servants In Yinan County Of Linyi City

Nowadays,with the rapid economic development,people’s living standards have be en improved significantly.However,the ensued several of occupational and Life diseas e,seriously affecting people’s lives.As a special social group,the civil service is resp onsible for the socialist modernization,more needs to have a good mental and physical fitness, able to fully adapt to changes in the environment as well as a variety of test s, to be able to better serve the masses,really fulfill their duties and obligations.This study used literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics a nd logical analysis to investigate physical exercise and physical condition of Linyi Yina n civil,analyzed a various of factors affecting physical civil service exercise.The resul ts of the study show that:1.Yinan civil service had a reasonable assignment at age and sex structure,most of them have a bachelor’s degree;The majority of civil servants were not satisfied with their health, physical exercise was been wanted to improve their physical condition as a will; physical fitness had a positive evaluation,and satisfaction was higher,but the y had not yet establish the scientific concept of fitness.2.Most Yinan civil service’s fitness was for spontaneity,random,convenience,an d recreation.Physical fitness programs to go and run mainly,in the form of relatively simple.The majority of the site for exercise was the unit and neighborhoods and comm unities,near the workplace and the place of residence.Daily fitness was less than one hour,and weekly exercise was less than six times.3.Yinan civil servants to participate in physical fitness had problems such as work pressure,no time,no suitable place to exercise,lack of scientific and technical guida nce,lack of publicity, lack of organization, lack of funding and so on.4.Fitness activities of civil servants in Yinan county should strengthen government guidance, unit as a positive, enhancing physical fitness facilities and equipment investme nt, training personal interests in physical fitness.
