Teaching ability of teachers directly influences the level of teaching quality. In recent years, with the development of curriculum reforms,the level of teachers’informationized teaching ability should be higher and higher. So teachers’informationized teaching ability is one of hot issues at present. Training for primary and secondary school teachers’teaching ability is on all over the world so as to improve teachers’informationized teaching ability. Although the training is practicable and takes good effect, at the same time there exist some problems in its application. So it is very important practical significance that an effective way is found to be suit for primary and secondary school teachers’informationized teaching ability development.Based on the literature research, the actual state of teachers training was investigated by using the methods of interview and investigation, the basic attitude to virtual learning community of teachers was known; The theory model of virtual learning community was constructed to promote the primary and middle school teachers’teaching informationized ability and the ideas and principles of design was analyzed, the platform’structure and functions module was designed; The functions was accomplished. And fifty-one primary and secondary school teachers in LiaoCheng Shandong was selected for the study, it took two months to put into use then the test results was analyzed and summarized, in order that the effectiveness in the degree of teachers’informationized teaching ability development based on virtual learning community was tested.This research can be divided into five stages:the preparation stage, the investigation stage, the theoretical research stage, the design and exploit stage, the experimental study stage and the analysis-evaluation stage. At the preparation stage, the research goal, content and methods was determined by literature research. At the investigation stage, the actual state of primary and secondary school teachers’teaching informational ability development was investigated by the way of interview and questionnaire. The theoretical research stage, theory basis of this study was analysised, theoretical model of virtual learning community and process model of teachers’ability development was constructed. At the design and exploit stage, the platform was builded and its main functions was realized by using the related technology. The experimental stage, the experiment scheme was designed and implemented according to the actual situation of the object. The analysis-evaluation stage, teachers was questioned in before and after the experiment to verify the changeable degree of teachers’informationized teaching ability, integral identification to the virtual learning community (layout design, function module design, effectiveness, support and stability)was questioned to evaluate whether the virtual learning community is ok or not.The results showed that:The application of virtual learning community was successful. Teachers were interested learning in the virtual learning community,their ability had been improved in basic skills, professional ability and emotional attitude. Effect evaluation showed that in information technology environment, the way by the independent-collaborative learning, theme-learning activities and self-rexamination was an effective measure to enhance the competence of primary and secondary school teachers. |
