Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Traditional Sports Schools In Dongying City

Traditional Sports School is one of the body in the form of a combination of education, the "Olympic Glory plan" basic link, the innovative model of sustainable development of China’s athletics, the cradle of discovering and cultivating athletics sports talents. Traditional Sports School launch sports projects actively, not only can improve the physical fitness and bring up the lifelong physical education of students, but also improve the school’s overall sports skills, train a large number of reserve talents for China’s athletics and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s sports undertakings. How to develop traditional sports schools, build a new model of cultivating athletics sports talents is crucial for the development of China’s sports undertakings. Therefore, the research to the status of the development in Dongying city provincial Traditional Sports Schools, identify the problems in the development and explore appropriate measures have important practical significance.This research mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method,interviews, mathematical statistics and logical to analysis the current situation in Dongying city provincial Traditional Sports School,put forward to the proposal of promoting the Dongying city provincial Traditional Sports School sustainable and healthy development.The results show that:1、There are twenty-six provincial Traditional Sports School in Dongying city,including three primary school,thirteen junior high school,ten high school.The average number of participating students each school about twenty-three,the ratio of male to female is 1.62:1;Each school have an average of 8.3 physical education teachers, 4.3 traditional sports coaches,the ratio of male to female coaches was 3.89:1.2、There are five sports items in provincial Traditional Sports Schools of Dongying City,including track and field, basketball, soccer, table tennis and gymnastics, The number living in the top three is basketball, athletics and table tennis, respectively has eleven, nine and six, soccer and gymnastics are just have one school opened.3、In the provincial traditional sports school of Dongying city, the coaches are mainly concentrated in the age of 31-50 years old; Most coaches are undergraduate course; The proportion of 70.45 achieved the primary, secondary coach titles; Taught mainly in the 6-15years; There are fewer full-time coaches that mostly is the school physical education teachers and lack of high level of professional coaches.4、Dongying city provincial Traditional Sports School student athletes are mainly concentrated in the age of 13-15 years and over 16 years; The times of participating in the training congcentrated in 1-3 years; A small number of athletes to achieve sports grade, low grade and exercise level; Weekly training times are more than three times and the training time are all between 1.5-2.5 hours, 76.92 percent of schools did not establish the age of traditional sports echelon, athlete selection lack of scientific and normative. on the whole, the scientific degree of the entire training process not high.5、Dongying city provincial Traditional Sports School’s athletes participating motivated primarily by personal interests and views of the impact of parents, most of the athletes have a more positive attitude towards the training effect and satisfactory to the training effect, but the contradiction between learning and training are still outstanding and did not establish a fixed athletes transport network system.6、The school running patterns of Dongying city provincial Traditional Sports School are diverse, mainly to operate independently; Management system is incomplete, especially the Traditional Sports School leaders to carry out inadequate understanding, not enough emphasis and funds shortage.
