Investigate And Research To Management Condition Of The Stadium Dongying City

With the rapid development of economy and growth of people's living standards, broad masses of the people show great enthusiasm for fitness. The most direct place for people to carry on fitness exercises is the stadium. The stadiums supply important material foundations for the growth of our country's sports venture. They have become critical positions for people to carry out sports activities and our country to build spiritual civilization. They are also important material conditions to develop competitive sports and push the development of sports industry. Dongying City was founded in 1983. It is a newly developed industrial city driven by petroleum industry. The operating activities of Dongying's stadiums were started in 1983. With 20 years' rapid development, Dongying's stadiums have developed to a certain scale and a lot of problems appear.This paper researches in the management mode and relevant theories. It uses public economic theory, the theory of property rights, institutional innovation theory and a comprehensive SWOT analysis. The efforts are made in theoretical and practical research to make a systematic study in the operating mode of Dongying's stadiums.This paper is divided into five parts. Part I is the introduction. Part II illustrates relevant theories of this study. Part III introduces the concepts and classification of sports venues, and then discusses common business models of each category of sports venue. Part IV introduces current situation of the three kinds of operation mode in Dongying City, and then identifies the main problems. brings about reform proposals for problems of each type of sports venues. Part V makes summary of this article and describe the parts that need deeper study.This paper discusses problems of these three kinds of sports venue, and makes some suggestions for the reform of operating mode with three kinds of sports venue, large stadiums should change capital operation mode, change management mode, make fuller use of the stadiums and make reasonable arrangement of the stadium. Sports venues in college should exploit more of them, increase the exploitation of the function and raise the extent of protecting them. Professional sports venues should add exclusive element in their operation, enhance the cooperation with other venues, make better use of equipment, make better budget and increase the ability of management talents.This paper discusses in the hope of making some references for the operation of each kinds of sports venues in Dongying City so as to make them develop better and provide better services.
