Objective: to explore the effects of core stability training and respiratory muscle training on children's physical stability, and to select an efficient training method to improve children's athletic ability and reduce the probability of children being injured in activities. Methods: primary school affiliated to Beijing jiaotong university grade five 60 pupils as the research object,is divided into core stability training well training group and control group, each group of 20 people, between the three groups of equal number of men and women, respectively, for different training, training time 10-15 minutes each time, three times a week,a total of 12 weeks, core stability training group used for nine action training, well training group, training with Power breathe portable ventilators, and control group with normal physical education, not on heart and respiratory training. The FootScan ? balance test system of RSscan in Belgium was used to test the balance ability. The static balance ability consists of four actions: standing with eyes open on hard surface, standing with eyes closed on hard surface, standing with eyes open on hard surface, standing with eyes open on hard surface, standing with left foot open on hard surface;Dynamic balance consists of four actions: standing with your eyes open on the cushion, standing with your eyes closed on the cushion, standing with your right foot open on the cushion, and standing with your left foot open on the cushion. The balance ability was tested before and after the training, and the data were statistically analyzed twice.Research results:1.Static balance capability test results:(1)core stability training group: there was no change before and after the hard-faced standing with eyes open and the hard-faced standing with eyes closed; After the experiment, the significance of ymax, ymin, xmax and xmin in hard-faced right foot standing with eyes open was less than that before the experiment(P<0.01),and the stability of hard-faced right foot standing with eyes open was improved. The significance of ymax, ymin and xmin in hard-faced left foot standing with eyes open was reducedcompared with that before the experiment(P<0.01),and the stability of hard-faced left foot standing with eyes open was improved.(2)in the respiratory muscle training group, there was no change before and after the experiment of standing with eyes open on both feet and eyes closed on both feet. After the experiment, the significance of ymax, ymin, xmax and xmin in hard-faced right foot standing with eyes open was less than that before the experiment(P<0.05),which improved the stability of hard-faced right foot standing with eyes open. After the experiment, both ymax and ymin in hard-faced left foot standing with eyes open were lower than those before the experiment(P<0.01),and the stability of hard-faced left foot standing with eyes open was improved.2.Dynamic balance capability test results:(1)core stability training group: standing with eyes open and eyes closed on hard surfaces, standing with eyes open on hard surfaces, right feet and left feet, maintaining a stable dynamic balance before and after the experiment; After the experiment, the significance of TTW(total track length)and EA(envelop area)in the third and fifth segments was lower than that before the experiment(P<0.05),and the stability of the third and fifth segments was better than that before the experiment, which was improved. In close their eyes soft mat feet stable dynamic balance, after the experiment, the first paragraph TTW(path length),the first period of EA(envelope area),the third paragraph TTW(path length),the third period of EA(envelope area),the fourth section of EA(envelope area)(P < 0.01),the second paragraph TTW(path length),the second period of EA(envelope area),the sixth paragraph TTW(path length),paragraph 6EA(envelope area)(P < 0.05)significantly lower than before the trial, therefore, the first paragraph, the second section, the third section, the fourth section, the sixth paragraph of the body stability is better than that of before the trial,Improved; There was no change before and after the experiment between the left foot opening eyes and the right foot opening eyes.In the general balance of pad test, when both feet open their eyes on the pad, after the experiment,ymax,xmin(P<0.05),ymin,xmax(P<0.01)all showed a significant decrease compared with before the experiment, and the stability of both feet open their eyes on the pad was improved. The significance of ymax, xmax, xmin,TTW(total track length)and EA(envelop area)were all lower than those before the experiment(P<0.01)when both feet closed their eyes on the cushion, which improved the stability of both feet closed their eyes on the cushion. When standing with the right foot open eyes on the cushion,ymin(P<0.05),xmax,xmin(P<0.01)were all lower than before the experiment, and the stability of standing with the right foot open eyes on the cushion was improved. The left foot stood with its eyes open on the soft cushion before and after the experiment.(2)respiratory muscle training group: there was no significant change in dynamic balance ability before and after the experiment.Research conclusions:1.Both of the two core training methods can improve the physical stability of children aged 10-11 years.2.Core stability training can improve the physical stability of children aged 10-11 years by improving the ability of static balance and dynamic balance.3.Respiratory muscle training improves the body stability of 10-11 year old children by improving the static balance ability, but the improvement of the dynamic balance ability is not obvious.4.Core stability training is more significant than respiratory muscle training in improving the physical stability of children aged 10-11 years.
