Objective: the four mass physical tests conducted since 1985 showed that the physical fitness of young students decreased significantly,especially the decline of physical fitness.Since the 1990 s,while strengthening the construction of the school sports,physical deterioration trend has not changed,however,this research shows that low energy consumption,interesting,enhance proprioceptive function,effectively reduce the sports injuries of core stability training method application in competitive sports and physical exercise in adults,to improve the performance and physical fitness have very good effect,this study introduce the training methods to the elementary student's physical exercise,to observe the effects of the physical conditions of exercisers,to improve the physical condition of students to provide a variety of choices.Methods: the related data,and summarizes a large number of core stability training experience,under the expert guidance,follow the scientific experimental program,work out suitable for improving their physical fitness exercise core stability training plan,the guangzhou China shipping cannes primary school class 1,2,grade5 60 students as subjects per shift(30 people,men and women each 15 people),were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,for 12 weeks(semester2-14 weeks),2 times per week,30 min/time of exercise.The experimental group carried out the core stability training and the control group adopted the traditional enhanced physique training method which has been recognized to have certain effect.Were observed before and after the experiment of body shape,height,weight,Mr Index),function(lung)and physical(ZuoWeiTi proneness,1 min,rope skipping,50 meters,1 min sit-ups,50 a reverse layup mx8)index,the relevant data by use of Excel and SPSS software for statistical processing.Results: 1,before the trial form highly correlated(P > 0.5),height,weight and all subjects before Mr Index is better than that of the experiment after experiment,the experimental group is better than that of control group,but did not form a significant difference(P > 0.05).2,reflect the body function of the vital capacity index,compared with before the trial,after the experiment group boys was significantly increase(P < 0.05),the girl was significantly higher(P < 0.01),the experimental correlation index slightly betterthan the control group,but not form a significant difference between the two.3,reflect the physical quality of each index,the subjects ZuoWeiTi proneness indexes before and after the experiment did not form a significant nature differences,other indicators are significantly improve the boys(P < 0.01 or P < 0.001,P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),the experimental group and control group ZuoWeiTi proneness has not formed the sex difference,1 min rope skipping a reverse layup and the women's 50mx8 significantly increased(P < 0.05),and other indicators to form extremely significantly increased(P < 0.01 or P < 0.001).Conclusion: 1,the subjects of the body shape,body function,experiment after every index is superior to the former,on the basis of human growth and development general rule,and give full consideration to teenagers natural growth factor,physical exercise to promote physical health of teenagers,the trend of improve core stability training is better than the traditional physical exercise.2,core stability training of adolescent physical flexibility quality,strength,speed,speed endurance of benign effect significantly,reflecting the sensitive and coordination ability,increase boys than girls.3,young students,core stability training intervention can efficiently improve the physical quality and function,physical quality and improvement of body function,indirectly affect the health of human body form development,so as to achieve the purpose of raise the level of health.
