Core stability training exercises for each muscle group is the core area of the body carried out.Its human posture to maintain balance and control aspects of force plays a role.With the development of various sports programs,core stability training as a new training methods,it has become increasingly widespread,and has made great achievements in improving athlete performance and quality aspects.Body refers to the body's external manifestations,it is an art,the human body needs to maintain a reasonable body parts to show cooperation with the US attitude,beauty and body shape and external balance and harmony beauty.The traditional way of endless physical training,but the current research on core stability training for girls in physical terms are rare.From the core stability training role,the core stability training will be introduced to the physical training of girls body to play an active role.Objective:Core stability training for female students training methods and training programs carried out experimental design and test their impact and effect on the physical aspects of female college students.Methods:On the basis of core stability training theory put forward its background,connotation and development of in-depth study,research by expert interviews,experimental training methods,statistical methods,measurement.Hunan Normal University,nomal female students as experimental subjects,from which to select qualified 24 female students for the study,and the subjects were divided into experimental and control groups,after eight weeks of the experiment reflected girls laboratory parameters tested,through horizontal comparison with longitudinal comparison between the two groups and between groups,data comparison and analysis,the test results were analyzed statistically with SPSS17.0 system.Results:1)core stability training can significantly reduce the weight trainer.Experimental group overall body mass index were significantly decreased(P <0.05)after training.BMI also occurred in the control group significant difference in training,but more pronounced in the experimental group;2)core stability training can significantly reduce body circumference girls indexes.Experimental group after training arm around the shoulder,chest,waist,hip and thigh circumference than before training significantly decreased(P <0.05),while the control group before and after training body circumference occurred only waist-hip index significant changes in the degree of change in the experimental group compared with the control group,the experimental group after training arm,chest,shoulder and waist circumference indicators were lower than the control group;3)core stability training can significantly improve physical trainer component indexes.Body composition in the experimental group than to give a significant reduction(P <0.05),the presence of fat weight and BMI in the control group before and after training a significant difference,the small size than the experimental group decreased,after training,the experimental group of lean body mass,body fat weight,and abdominal skinfold thickness scapular skinfold thickness were lower than the control group;4)core stability training can improve balance trainer index(P <0.05),there is no significant difference between the control group,and after eight weeks of training in different projects experimental group balance obvious than the control group.Conclusion: Core stability training(with Swiss ball as an example)on ordinary female university student body is multifaceted impact on female college students weight,body circumference,indicators of body balance ability is obvious.In this study,the development of core stability training(Swiss ball as an example)scheme has scientific validity,demonstrated in support under unsteady conditions,a series of training can change the physical indicators of girls,which can be used as a core stability training good means of shaping the body.
