Objective:(1)The system analysis of the effect in physical activity environment factors in youth;(2)The index system construction of youth physical activity environment evaluation;(3)Application of the index system of youth physical activity environment evaluation.Methods:(1) The literature analysis method:retrieving physical activity promotion related policy documents,searching the Chinese and foreign literature relevant to the physical activity environment of the youth,reading the Environmental Behavior, Environmental Psychology, Social Psychology and other related books.(2) Delphy:two rounds of expert consultation to survey involved in the investigation of the experts based on. In this study, the full collection of index system of youth physical activity environment evaluation opinions and suggestions.(3) The analytic hierarchy process:according to the logical relationship between the indicators of adolescent physical activity and environmental evaluation of each other, the use of Yaahp software to construct structured hierarchical model. The hierarchical model of internal structure of the comparison matrix based on the two two index. The experts issued to AHP questionnaire, comparison of various levels of internal index based on the relative importance of each other.(4)questionnaires:according to the environmental index system construction of the adolescent physical activity, adolescent self perceived physical activity environment questionnaire. And the Xuzhou city two middle school students were issued.Results:(1) to construct the index system of youth physical activity environment evaluation, and determines the weight of each index. Includes 4 first level indexes and 17 two level indexes.4 first class indexes are "school environment" and "family environment", "community environment","individual environmental".The weight were 42.14%,16.67%,5.17%,36.02%. The two level indicators "sports teacher quality", "physical activity awareness", "self-efficacy" top three.(2) according to the index system developed youth physical activity environment checklist. Through the questionnaire obtained The Cronbach’s alpha of the total were 0.901, The Cronbach’s alpha of four established levels were 0.783,0.795,0.671, 0.799, showed that scale dimensions and total reliability. Surface validity questionnaire, the results of principal component analysis showed that 6 factors explained 62.16% of the variance.Conclusion:This study on the basis of theoretical analysis, established a youth physical activity environment evaluation index system and weight system. One class index "school environment" weight the first, reflects the core of promote adolescent physical activity. Two level indicators "The PE teachers’ quality", "The cognition of physical activity", "self-efficacy" ranked the top three.It respectively belong the category of "the school environment" and "individual environmental", reflecting the the importance of improving the quality of PE teachers in adolescent physical activity promotion. Work should be combined with the characteristics of their students to promote adolescent physical activity, improve students’ self-efficacy, while strengthening the individual physical activity based on strengthening physical activity on cognitive experience. The adolescent self rating scale of physical activity environment provides a effective to way evaluation individual environment, school environment, family environment and community environment.
