Enter the knowledge society, the important role of knowledge is increasingly being recognized and valued. On the onehand, people should face a lot of knowledge of the impact. On the other hand, they want to acquire knowledge from a large number of knowledge.Tacit knowledge occupy the important position of knowledge, however, compared with the explicit knowledge,tacit knowledge because of its difficultto tell and transfer, so that the cost of obtaining is very high and could not be achieved through traditional education, which requires for learners to provide a good acquisition and conversion of tacit knowledge platform. Virtual learning community as a means of education informationization, not only provides the possibility of lifelong learning and informationlearning, but also provides a platform for the exchange and creation oftacit knowledge. How to promote tacit knowledge acquisition and transformation of the virtual learning community, which not only has important effects on knowledge management,more important significance to the construction of virtual learning community platform.In this paper, according to the research train of thought:putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving the problem, investigation and research on major of QuFu Normal University participated in the "learning science and technology" educational technology undergraduate students, in order to explore the factors affecting tacit knowledge acquisition and transformation of thevirtual learning community, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve accordingly. Specific process is as follows: the first part of the problem raised in the virtual learning community, how to better promote the acquisition and conversion of tacit knowledge; part of the problem analysis, explore the impact of virtual learning community of tacit knowledge acquisition and transformation of the factors; in part to solve the problem, based on the analysis of problems of some of the conclusions, put forward to promote tacit knowledge in virtual learning community acquisition and transformation strategies.In the creative process of paper,I mainly study for the theory and comb the related research methods of quantitative research, and use questionnaire survey method and action research method later to analyze various factors, thus ensuring the scientificity and accuracy of the results.The main content of this study is divided into five chapters, as follows:First chapter is the introduction part, mainly including the selected topic background, research ideas and methods, the research purpose and significance, research content such as the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly is the virtual learning community of the concept of tacit knowledge acquisition and transformation related resolution.The third chapter is the empirical analysis of influencing factors of virtual learning community based on tacitknowledge acquisition and transformation, and the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics,factor analysis and cluster analysis and other related operations with SPSS, obtained the influence and transformation of the four factors of virtual learning community of tacit knowledge acquisition, respectively, environmental factors, student factors, technical factors and motivation factors. In the third chapter puts forwardthe influence factors of tacit knowledge acquisition and transformation analysis model of the virtual learning community, the fourth chapter puts forward the promoting the acquisition and transformation of tacit knowledge in virtual learning community under the specific countermeasures.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect,including the prospect of research conclusions, innovation point, limitations, etc.
